We got here to realize that booking.com completely screwed up our booking. The lady’s at the front desk helped us get it resolved. Room was decent not bad for the price. Lady’s upfront are a huge asset to the team
Unfortunately, I don't remember the front desk agent's name. She was super helpful. My stay was 12/26, and I was traveling with my elderly mother. We were having difficulties at check in and with the TV once we got to the room. Thanks so much for her patience and assistance. She even gave me information about a discount on our meal at Cracker Barrel. Super thanks!!
Lovely place, the rooms are nice and spacious, very clean, they offer breakfast, eggs, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, bread, tea, sausages, overall a very nice place to stay at.
Nice hotel. Didn't get to stay for breakfast. Property inside and out clean. Room was comfortable. No issues. Minor blemishes around bathroom. No need to spell out the negative. Did have a guest next door with the TV on all night. Overall, I will stay again here.
I came into town on the evening of 12/14/24 and was very pleased with the convenient location of the sleep in as well as the comfort of the bed in my room. The employee who checked me in was extremely sweet, helpful, and informative. I wish I knew her name to attach to this review; but I hope many others, as well as I, are fortunate as I was to check in with her. She was truly a delight.
Room was clean, hotel, needs a update from floor to ceiling. Area a little shasldy. Service was a 5 star. Would stay there again!
The staff was friendly and my bed was so comfortable. One thing I appreciated about the bed was all the pillows . The room was clean and smelled decent . The A/C worked properly and I slept peacefully. One thing I would like to point out (WHICH THE HOTEL HAS NO CONTROL OVER) is that sometimes I had got a scent of marijuana that would creep into my room. I wish those individuals would have taken their habits outside and follow the rules as stated by the hotel because we were in a non smoking section . Overall, I would definitely recommend!
This was the first time I've ever stayed at a Sleep Inn. We got a good deal via Priceline when we were going to be taking a vacation and going through Hattiesburg. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the quality of the bed, and the bathroom. I wasn't really expecting much based on the price we paid and really I would have been happy with just a clean room but after staying here I'm going to be on the look out for Sleep Inn during road trips. Sure some of the carpeting is a bit worn and some areas could use an update but for the price point this hotel was well worth it for me & my family. The breakfast was ok with eggs, sausage, and waffles, as well as other things, again nothing special but enough to have a decent breakfast.
